Welcome To The Puxton Parish Council Website
The Puxton Parish Council website has been created to keep villagers and other interested parties informed about the activities of the Parish Council.
Our aims as a Parish team are to use this website to allow us to communicate better with the community; as we were asked to at the public meeting last August. We understand that not everyone has access to the internet and this website will add to how we communicate not replace more traditional methods. It will become clear that we are not IT professionals nor are we sitting with our PCs 24/7 but we will commit to being responsive and proactive. If anyone wishes to use the webspace for the benefit of the village, for example an electronic version of the "Puxton Post" we can help you to set this up. Similary if any business wishes to advertise we are willing to consider this. Currently our gallery is a start point, we would welcome any old or unusual views of Puxton that we can add to this.
The website will be regularly updated. In particular you will find minutes of previous meetings and the agenda for forthcoming meetings. If there are topics that you would like to see covered on the website, please contact us for council consideration.
